​Life can be very difficult. We all face pain and suffering.  Do you feel trapped? Is joy missing from your life? Do you feel overwhelmed?  Facing life's struggles is not always something we can do on our own; sometimes we need help.  The decision to seek professional help in navigating the challenges of life is not an easy one.  I hope that this site can serve as a tool to make the process smoother. 


I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving individuals in-person in my office in Plano, Texas  and virtually throughout the states of Texas and Florida. I offer a gentle, safe, and kind space to face the trials and difficulties of life.  Guided by professional expertise,  extensive experience, and my Christian faith,  I work with my clients to help them experience for themselves the reality that there is hope; there can be a light at the end of the tunnel.​
