Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy:
Ann-Marie provides individual therapy sessions for adults. She is committed to providing a safe and gentle environment for growth and healing. Sessions are available in person at her office in Plano, Texas and online to those in Texas and Florida.
Fee for a 55-60 min session is $165.
90 min and 120 min sessions are also available and fees are calculated based on the $165/hour rate.
Ann-Marie is considered an out of network provider with insurance companies and will provide you with a receipt to use for reimbursement with your insurance. Fees can be paid with cash, check, credit card, or any HSA or flexible spending cards.

Focus Fridays:
Ann-Marie offers 4 hour intensive sessions on Friday afternoons for those seeking an extended time for deeper therapeutic work that extends beyond what is possible in a traditional therapy session space.
Focus Friday sessions are customized and individualized and can include experiential activities, outdoor activities, and embodiment work. Sessions can take place at Ann-Marie's office, online, or at an alternative location such as a park or walking trail. Fee for a 4 hour session is $800.
Individual Intensives:

IFS Therapy Groups:

Ann-Marie is an Approved Clinical Consultant with the IFS institute and provides consultation to therapists learning the IFS model, developing in the IFS model, and seeking support in their work using IFS in their therapy practice. Ann-Marie is additionally available for therapists seeking to develop in the integration of IFS with Christian spirituality. She is committed to her own ongoing development as a therapist and places a high value on offering this to others. She offers consultation services to those across the United States and throughout the world.
For those seeking IFS certification, the consultation sessions with Ann-Marie are counted towards your hours required for certification with the IFS institute.
